What days and times do you deliver ? |
|
Fast Fruit delivers Monday to Friday only (except public holidays). The times for deliveries are between 10am and 4pm.

What suburbs do you deliver to ? |
|
At the present time Fast Fruit delivers to suburbs on the North Shore, Sydney and CBD. These suburbs are growing daily. Check our delivery suburbs to see if we deliver to you.

When do I have to order by ? |
|
You need to have placed your order by 8am for same day delivery. Unfortunately, timed deliveries are not possible.

You can call us Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 7.00pm on (02)9460-9998, or e-mail info@fastfruit.com.au.

Are there any additional charges ? |
|
If we are unable to gain access to where you would like us to deliver, or if you have provided incorrect information, you may be charged an additional delivery fee depending on the circumstances.

What happens if I am not home ? |
|
our drivers are trained to leave your fruit and vegies in a safe and shady spot. If you would like to have your shopping delivered to a neighbour, please let us know when placing your order.

Payments or Orders that Can Be Made Without An Online Order or Credit Card |

If you would prefer not to place your order on-line, you have the option of placing your order by phoning our store directly on (02)9460-9998 during business hours Mon-Friday. You also have the facility of paying for your order in person at our store in cash, or via phone.

PLEASE NOTE, THE MORE INFORMATION THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO GIVE US, THE EASIER IT IS TO DELIVER TO YOU. IF THERE ARE ISSUES GETTING ACCESS TO WHERE YOU WOULD LIKE US TO DELIVER TO, PLEASE LET US KNOW WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER (ie. Security building, gates, etc) ALSO, IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR ORDER TO BE LEFT IN A CERTAIN SPOT IF YOU ARE NOT HOME, PLEASE LET US KNOW SO THAT WE ARE ABLE TO DELIVER YOUR GOODS EXACTLY WHERE YOU WANT THEM AWAY FROM WHERE THEY CAN BE DAMAGED, INTERFERED WITH OR STOLEN. |
