At Fast Fruit, we like to make sure that your order is the freshest possible, so we’re in the markets every morning selecting the finest quality produce, and then pack for dispatch to your home or office the very same day.

We deliver Monday to Friday only (except Public Holidays), with the times for deliveries being between the hours of 10am and 4pm.

Orders need to be placed by 8am for same day delivery.

Pricing
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.

Delivery
There is a standard delivery fee of $9.95 to areas that Fast Fruit delivers to. In the case that an order is accepted that may not be part of the Fast Fruit delivery network, a customer service representative will contact you to re-arrange an alternative delivery. In the case that you have placed an order and may require to change the delivery address, you may incur an additional delivery charge. A customer service representative will inform you of this amount.

Return / Refund Policy
In the event that you are not satisfied with either the quality of goods that you have received or the delivery service provided , please call us on (02)9460-9998 to discuss the issues you may have had. There are a number of options that are available in order to ensure these issues have been resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. In the event of a refund, this amount (including all handling/delivery charges will be credited back to the card with which the original purchase was made.

In the event of unsatisfactory quality of produce, goods must not be consumed and available to be picked up by a Fast Fruit representative for further investigation. In the event of goods returned being a portion of total order quantity , Fast fruit reserves the right to only refund the proportion of goods that have been returned.

Please make your selections carefully. Fast Fruit do not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that you wish to cancel your order and receive a full refund, you will need to do so at least 24 hours prior to your intended delivery date. In the event that less than 24 hours notice is provided, an amount of 50% of the order value (less delivery charges) will be deducted from any refund.
